Rebuilding the surface of your idlers will save you time and money. Our Submerged Arc Welders can quickly rebuild your idler wear surface to factory specifications. With our automatic machines, we will ensure you that a smooth weld is placed on the surface needing rebuilt. |
Checking the internal components of the idlers.
We will disassemble the idler and begin welding. After rebuild, we will install new seals and o-rings, and install new bearings if needed. All idlers are rebuilt to factory specifications. |
